Final Reflection Questions
What were the most significant take-aways from your experience?
I made a lot of new friends, experienced new cultures, and learned to adapt in new, exciting, exhausting situations. I learned that I can do so much more than I think I can.

What are your words of advice to students considering this program?
If you're considering this program, then you have taken the first step. Step two: go for it! It is an incredible experience. Stay focused and study, but try to keep your weekends free. Traveling around the area is free for students. Get out and make friends! There is a language course available before the start of school that you can take and going early is worth it, just for settling paperwork and getting accustomed to life in Hannover and making friends before jumping into university life. The student organization for study abroad students has a lot of interesting programs as well. Plan ahead when it comes to appointments, ask when you need help or have questions, and DON'T FREAK OUT. Take a deep breath and think. Trust me...you can do it.

How did the experience impact you and your future educational/career/personal goals?
This experience opened my eyes to avenues I had not considered in terms of both my education and career. As for personal goals (or a mix of all three), I am seriously considering moving to Europe. I have definitely gained the confidence in myself to go anywhere. I also got to know myself a lot better, and have grown along the way.
