What were the most significant take-aways from your experience?
Program Testimonials
I liked how we went on business visits to K-Array and Eataly. That was a good way to connect what we are learning in business classes in Athens to the study abroad. Also, trying all kinds of Italian food was incredible.

I feel like I really developed an understanding of the life of people in cortona. I love meeting local people and living in a small, less touristy town than many of the larger cities in Italy.

How did the experience impact you and your future educational/career/personal goals?
Program Testimonials
I have a better vision of what the world around me is like and also how similar other people really are to us here in America. We all grew up so differently, yet we all have the same goals and ambitions. I loved this study abroad trip and the professors were absolutely wonderful!

How did the experience impact you and your future educational/career/personal goals?
Program Testimonials
I went on this trip eager to be abroad and learn new things about Italy including their international relations, business and cultural aspects. I was not let down, I experienced first hand all of these things. Since I was little I have always said I want to go into international sales, but going abroad helped solidify this goal. I realized how much I loved experiencing the different cultures and would enjoy working with many different cultures. As far as personal goals, I strive to travel as much as I can while I am young because I feel like every time I go somewhere, I come back with more experience and knowledge.

I gained a greater understanding of international marketing. As someone who wants travel to be a significant part of my future career, I found this trip gave me an academic edge in terms of understanding the complexity of expanding internationally as well as the importance of cultural differences when it comes to all aspects of a business.
