What were the most significant take-aways from your experience?

I learned that there is, without a doubt, a whole world outside of the country you live in. And that world is very different, but amazing. I also learned that the best friendships are made while exploring the unknown. The best memories are made there, too.

Learning about wine helps you learn about a culture. The grapes are affected by the soil and the climate- the things that make an area unique. Then that is cultivated to wine. If you want to truly experience an area, drink their wine.
