Exhibitor Registration for External Programs


1 day, regular space (one 6ft table)  $200

Regular fair registration costs include table space reserved.  

Final cost for fair registration will be sent via email from Fair Coordinator, along with confirmation of registration acceptance on a rolling basis.


You have the option to pay via credit card through the online registration form below or by mailing a check in the name of your organization made payable to UGA/OGE at the following address:

Once you have completed this registration request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once you have received a confirmation you can log back in to the application and pay via credit card payment or mail a check to the address above.

Deadline for registration is Thursday, January 5, 2023.

Late Registration

Programs and providers that do not register by January 5 and pay by the Thursday, January 5, 2023 deadline will be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on space availability. 


UGA programs or external providers that register for a table but need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

No Shows

UGA programs or external providers that register for a table but do not show for their designated fair day(s) will not receive a refund.

Exhibitor Placement Information

The Office of Global Engagement at UGA reserves the right to determine the placement and arrangement of exhibitors and may not be able to accommodate special requests concerning electrical outlets, wall space, and proximity to other exhibitors.

Additional Information

  1. The Tate Student Center is located at 45 Baxter St. in Athens, GA. There are elevators from the Tate Center parking deck directly to the 3rd floor of the Tate Concourse & Atrium, where the fair is being held. 
  2. The Tate Student Center is a wireless environment. Wireless visitor logins will be provided.
  3. Due to other events taking place in town the week of the fair, availability of hotel rooms may be limited. Rooms have been blocked at the Hotel Indigo for exhibitors. Additional information will be provided in the confirmation email.
  4. Due to storage constraints, we cannot accept deliveries of fair materials. We apologize for any inconvenience.
