Event

This year the University of Georgia Office of Global Engagement will be hosting its annual Study Away Fair in a virtual format.  We believe that this format will allow for maximum flexibility and access to the program information.

Using the online platform exhibitors will be able to set up a web presence to highlight their study away experiences in our virtual event.  Exhibitors are free to decide on their level of involvement during the actual event by interacting with attendees through live chats and video conferencing.  We encourage exhibitors to pick a time between 10am to 7pm on September 15th to host live chats or video conferencing with UGA students.

After the initial registration form and payment is complete, we will follow up with further questions about when you would like your live sessions to be, and information for your webpage.

Costs

Cost Sharing/Registration Fees:
  • Multiple Program Registration: $65
  • Individual Program Registration: $30 per program
Final cost for fair registration will be sent via email from Fair Coordinator, along with confirmation of registration acceptance on a rolling basis.

Payment

Your program will be direct-billed for the Fair from the account that you have specified on the registration form. The Office of Global Engagement will create the e-ticket. Programs should not plan to use end-of-fiscal-year money from 2020 to pay for Fair registration.

Deadline for Registration is Friday, July 31st, 2020 *extended to August 16th, 2020*

Late Registration

UGA programs or external providers that do not register and pay by the Friday, August 16th, 2020 deadline will be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on space availability. 

Cancellations

UGA programs or external providers that register for a table but need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, must do so by August 16th, 2020 deadline to receive a full refund. Other cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

No Shows

UGA programs or external providers that register but do not show for their designated fair day(s) will not receive a refund. 


Exhibitor Information

The Office of Global Engagement at UGA reserves the right to determine the arrangement of exhibitors in the virtual format and may be unable to accommodate any special requests.
