Student program fee covers:

  • 8 nights in approved NYC Hotel with easy access to all public transportation.
  • Admission to all events
  • Two Group Meals
  • Seven Days UNLIMITED NYC Metro Subway Card
  • Other Events Depending Upon Availability.

Student program fee does NOT cover:

  • Student Flight/Transportation To and From NYC. Cost will vary depending on specific flight schedule and airline. If students choose to drive, they are responsible for long term parking in NYC which could be more costly than airfare. Another option would be to rent auto with one-way drop off, both to and from NYC. Check for rates.
  • Food (other than group meals indicated above) 
  • Incidentals/personal expenses
Daily meals, personal expenses, and air transportation should be budgeted based on personal spending habits. Amounts above are estimates based on previous years. 
 

Additional notes about budget & costs: 

  • $150 program deposit must be paid upon confirmation of acceptance to the program.
  • Tuition cost subject to change based on amount of hours students enroll in, minimum cost reflected above.
  • Out-of-state students pay in-state tuition for credits taken on out-of-state Field Study programs
    • Out-of-state students will receive an out-of-state tuition waiver [i.e. tuition for participation will be charged at the in-state level] only when they are enrolled SOLELY for out-of-state field study courses for any given term.
  • The HOPE and Zell Miller scholarships apply to those who are eligible.
