What were the most significant take-aways from your experience?

Most significant take-aways from my experience are that I've gained so many new connections within the natural resources field, more idea as to what ecotourism is and how it's a never ending battle between conservation and preservation of our natural resources and human-to-wildlife interactions, all animals should be valued for their ecological importance, and gradually incorporating more of a sustainable lifestyle is the key to not only reducing your carbon footprint, but the answer in preserving our natural resources for future generations.

It is a lot of work, but very rewarding in the end. You will get to go to some phenomenal places and meet great people who you will feel like you've known for years after just a few days.
