What were the most significant take-aways from your experience?
Program Testimonials
I found out that Russia is nothing like I thought it was. Though the culture is a little different, we still have so much in common. Also, there is nothing like immersion into a language. I am farther along in my Russian studies than I ever could have been in a classroom, thanks to the sheer volume of even the simple Russian I spoke.
— Hannah Wilson, Summer 2017
What were the most significant take-aways from your experience?
Program Testimonials
I learned many things about what I wanted to learn about: Russian History and Culture. And learning the language helped me in so many ways to understand the history and culture. I learned many things about the Russian people too. I would say my biggest take away was a deeper and richer understanding of Russia (it's people, culture, history, ect.) But more significantly i grew an unbounded curiosity to learn more about it.
— Jonathan Chriszt, Summer 2018
