Having a home base in a small town was perfect because I got to know shop owners, locals, and secret hideaway spots to sit and talk or sketch. I talked with the professors throughout the semester, which really contributed to my enjoyment of the program.

Go into your experience with an open mind and be willing to try new things. This program allows students to fully immerse themselves in Italian culture. Be willing to take advantage of every opportunity it gives you.
