Final Reflection Questions
What were the most significant take-aways from your experience?
Program Testimonials
I learned more than I ever could have imagined, not only in the classroom, but also about myself and many different cultures. I think my biggest takeaway from this program is that I learned the value of seeing things from a different perspective. I came on this program not knowing anyone, so I had to really put myself out there with meeting so many new people. Some thought like me but a lot of them did not, and these students pushed and challenged me to grow as an intellectual, as well as just a person.

What were the most significant take-aways from your experience?
Program Testimonials
Studying and living in a new environment really heightens your sense of self-awareness. At Oxford, the learning is very much left to the students and the professors encourage critical analysis and conversations. This teaching method is unique and pushed me to put in the effort to understand as much material as I could in order to contribute to each week's tutorial. I'm proud of all the work I accomplished, and I am sure my peers feel the same. One of the most rewarding parts of the programs is actually not academic. The program curated a very open and friendly environment that made it easy for me to make new friends. Also, I believe the programs helped strengthen my independence and confidence in both my academic work and just life in general.

Program Testimonials
This program was challenging but wildly rewarding. Studying at Oxford encouraged me to go above and beyond in my work and apply my knowledge to the world around me. I left England feeling more well-rounded as a student and person in general, having experienced many new cultures and foods and peoples of all kinds.

How did the experience impact you and your future educational/career/personal goals?
Program Testimonials
Significantly. It pushed me in basically every way. I wrote essays that I am still proud of, I gained SO much independence, and I met wonderful people who I still make time to see now that I'm back on campus. Initially applying was a decision that I made almost on a whim, and I am so glad I did.
