The best thing about studying abroad in London was actually learning how to live and survive in a major city. This experience has given me the confidence to travel and get my way around a city. I also really enjoyed seeing so much professional theatre.

What are your words of advice to students considering this program?
Program Testimonials
Definitely do it! 6 weeks is long enough to start to feel like a local, but short enough that everything still seems new and exciting. Not only did we have some fantastic experiences together, we had the flexibility to schedule things that we were interested in - like shows, museums, shopping, and weekend trips.

How did the experience impact you and your future educational/career/personal goals?
Program Testimonials
Living in London was a great introduction to city life. The tube commute definitely got me ready for commenting on DC's metro for my job next year. Besides that, working in the theatre industry, it is always important to stay current on theatre. There is so much out there and it can be hard to read/ see/ take in all of it. This trip is a true gift: 6-weeks to focus on nothing from the real world, but instead immerse yourself in theatre exploration.
— Kelsey Brown, Summer 2017
