The orientation materials provided everything I needed to know about our dormitory's services, the layout of the building, and things to do around Valencia.

I had to visit a clinic at one point because I got sick. The clinic staff was really prompt, polite, and helpful!

I always felt safe in Valencia no matter where I was. Even if I was walking around and exploring the city without the group, I never felt uncomfortable. I felt safe likewise during the excursions.

Both of my professors were very helpful, respectful, and really cared about improving my knowledge in Spanish. I am really grateful for all they taught me and the class. I learned so much about Spanish history and culture.

The TA's did a FANTASTIC job planning all our excursions, field trips, and activities. I thoroughly enjoyed every single one and am so grateful that these activities were a part of the program fee. I appreciated everything being planned out and the fact that we had activities most afternoons.

All of the excursion locations were amazing! I especially enjoyed Montanejos and Barcelona.

The residence was very convenient. I loved where it was located and the walk to class wasn't too bad.

The coordinators were really friendly and understanding if you had a personal issue or if you needed special accommodations. They were incredibly thoughtful towards me during the time I was fasting, even organizing a group dinner at a later hour than usual to make sure that I could eat with everyone. They had a great sense of humor and were in general really cool people!

This program exceeded by expectations by far. I knew coming in that I was going to have fun and learn Spanish, but it was way more than that! I had such an unforgettable summer. I made great new friends, both Spanish students and within the group, and I significantly improved my Spanish speaking skills. I also got to experience a different culture in many ways, such as eating the food, attending festivals and excursions, and going to local establishments. It was an incredible experience overall!

The TA's were wonderful. Rector Peset is my second home.

If you go to Valencia, be prepared to fall in love with the city and the country of Spain. After your program is up, you won't want to leave! It's the experience of a lifetime, and I'm so glad I studied abroad. You come back with such a wider perspective on the world and a whole new set of friends too!

Studying abroad in Valencia was one of the best choices of my college career! Experiencing a whole new culture, while learning Spanish and also making new friends is priceless.
