Final Reflection Questions
What were the most significant take-aways from your experience?
Program Testimonials
Being able to experience all the amazing memories of Italy with a group of girls that I now consider family is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. Not only do I now have life-long friends, I have memories of a place I can now call home and hope to continue to visit for the rest of my life. On top of the memories I gained in Italy, I also got to learn about its rich history, more specifically its rich art history, while actually experiencing the places and pieces we talked about in class. Without that and Jennifer to guide us through it, it would have felt more like we were tourists instead of us feeling like we were becoming part of the community.

What were the most significant take-aways from your experience?
Program Testimonials
The bonds I formed with the other students. The town of Cortona is beautiful and making friends with the locals made the experience all the more authentic.

What were the most significant take-aways from your experience?
Program Testimonials
The art classes I had in Cortona were the first I'd taken in college, so I really valued everything I learned. The most significant take-away, however, has to be the immersion in a completely different culture. I saw so many landmarks, cities, and works of art that I never thought I'd get to see, but I also loved getting to know Cortona and felt very lucky to be a temporary member of that community.

What are your words of advice to students considering this program?
Program Testimonials
This program was one of the best experiences of my life and is definitely worth the money and time away from home. I think going on one of the longer semesters was beneficial because we had more time to experience Italy as our home as well as do so in a smaller group that eventually all became so close to each other.

Program Testimonials
This will change you, in the most unexpected and best way possible. Take the leap and go outside of your comfort zone, because it is a million times worth it. This program was my favorite experience and happiest month, and I am forever grateful for this opportunity.
